PHILOSOPHY

I believe that the vision behind every event is what makes the moment. My work as a tech and a creative should follow suit - I work with each client and artist to develop a custom and affordable solution for each event.

ABOUT FORREST

I was born and raised in Harrisonburg, VA. I was introduced to concerts by my family around when I was around 10, and immediately fell in love with the world of music. A few years later I began playing in bands, started attending house shows, and began putting on events with friends. In 2017 I interned at Southard Audio, and after continuing to ask for gigs I eventually was offered a position at the company. I interned at Blue Sprocket Recording the following year, and studied studio engineering under Lex Bowler and Chris Jackson. I graduated JMU with a degree in philosophy in 2024. These days (if I'm not working on a show) I'm usually reading, playing music with friends, enjoying a coffee downtown, or wandering in the great outdoors.
